How do I know which size to order?

Each Baía piece is designed to fit like a second skin — supportive, flattering, and made to move from sauna to sea.

Are Baía bikinis true to size?

Yes — they’re designed for an easy, body-hugging fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel.

What materials do you use?

Our bikinis are crafted from premium, sustainable fabrics that hold their shape through heat, salt, and cold. Buttery-soft, quick-drying, and built to last.

How do I care for my Baía bikini?

Rinse in cool water after each use, hand-wash gently with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry.

Avoid tumble-drying, radiators, or harsh sunlight to keep your bikini beautiful for longer.

Where do you ship from?

All Baía orders are shipped from the UK, packed with care (and a little post-sauna glow ✨).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery costs and times will appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?

🇬🇧 UK: 2–5 business days

🌍 International: 7–14 business days

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email hello@baiathebrand.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to update it.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery — hygiene liners and tags must still be attached.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes — as long as your bikini meets our return policy, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock).

What if my item arrives faulty?

We’re so sorry! Please send photos and your order number to hello@baiathebrand.com and we’ll sort it right away.
