CARING FOR YOUR BIKINI

Our bikinis are made to move with you — from saunas and surf trips to slow Sunday dips. To keep them looking (and feeling) their best, here’s how to show them a little love:

  • RINSE

    After each wear, rinse your bikini in cool, fresh water to remove salt, chlorine, or sweat.

  • WASH

    Hand wash gently with mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener — they can break down the fabric’s stretch and colour.

  • DRY

    Lay flat in the shade to air dry. No tumble dryers, radiators, or direct sunlight — heat can damage the fibres and elastic.

  • STORAGE

    Keep your Baía in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding or storing while damp.

Pro tip: Rinse straight after a sauna or swim — it helps your bikini last way longer and stay buttery soft.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Baía — but if it’s not quite right, that’s okay 💛

Returns Policy:
You can return any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure:

  • The hygiene liner and tags are still attached.
  • The item hasn’t been worn, washed, or altered.

To start a return, email hello@baiathebrand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return

Once approved, we’ll share your return instructions.

Exchanges:
If you’d like a different size or style, just mention that in your return email. We’ll check availability and sort your exchange as soon as we receive your original item.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s complete.

International Returns

If you’re returning from outside the UK, please note that shipping costs are your responsibility and may vary depending on location.

We recommend a tracked service to make sure your return arrives safely.
