We ship all Baía orders from the UK — carefully packed and sent with love (and a little post-sauna glow ✨).

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on the way.

💌 We pack your orders within 1–2 business days — always as quickly (and carefully) as possible.

🌍 International Shipping

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on your location)
Shipping Cost: Shown at checkout

International orders are also shipped via tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel ships.

Please note:

• Delivery times can vary due to customs or local postal delays.

• Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use it to follow your order right to your door.

If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam folder or drop us a message at hello@baiathebrand.com — we’ll resend it to you.

⚡ Pre-orders & Launch Items

Some Baía pieces are made in small batches or pre-ordered ahead of launch.
If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll hold the full order until everything is ready to ship together (to save you extra shipping costs).

You’ll always see the estimated dispatch date on the product page before checkout.

💫 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order seems delayed, please check your tracking link first — postal services can sometimes experience minor delays (especially during holidays).
